About Me

Hi! I'm Emilie, a 25-year-old indie developer with a passion for video games, hiking, and all kinds of sports. I've always been fascinated by how games are made, which naturally led me into the world of game development.

Today, I spend my time creating games, designing worlds, and learning new skills to bring my ideas to life. Whether it's coding, crafting pixel art, or building levels, I love every part of the process. I'm excited to keep growing and sharing my journey with you!

My Skills

  • Unity Game Development: I love bringing my game ideas to life using Unity. From concept to execution, I enjoy every step of the process and thrive in this versatile engine.
  • C# Programming: Coding in C# is my jam! I enjoy solving problems and creating smooth, engaging gameplay experiences through clean, efficient code.
  • Pixel Art: Pixel by pixel, I create vibrant and detailed artwork that adds a unique charm to my games.
  • Animation: I do all my own animations, ensuring every movement and interaction feels just right. From character walks to complex action sequences.

My Background

I've loved video games for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was always curious about how the games I played were made, which eventually inspired me to start creating my own. Over time, that curiosity turned into a real passion for game development.
Now, I work mainly in Unity, bringing my ideas to life through C# programming, pixel art, and animation. Outside of game development, I’m always up for hiking adventures and trying out new sports — staying active keeps me energized and inspired for my creative projects!

My Experience

I've been developing several feature-rich games in Unity, both in 2D and 3D and some 3D level designs in Unreal Engine. While I've enjoyed creating in both dimensions, it was the experience of building 3D worlds that truly opened my eyes to the beauty and potential of the genre.

Each game/scenes I've been developing has taught me valuable lessons and honed my skills, pushing me to create even more engaging and immersive experiences. Which i cannot wait to share with you in the future. For now you can look about the details in the portfolio section.
